Q: How do I install the app?
A: Visit offerwriter.app on your mobile device or computer. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to install it (It’s a web-based app that is not available in the app store). iPhone users will need to use Safari.
Q: How do I install the app on my computer?
A: If the app hasn’t yet been installed on your computer, navigate to the left-hand navigation. The last option is Install. Click “Install.”

A: Your account is set up with the same address you use in your MLS. The first time you use OfferWriter, you’ll want to click Activate Account to create a password.

Q: What types of offers can I write?
A: OfferWriter is designed to complete 95% of the residential offers you write. In the case of complicated offers, with rent-backs for example, you may need to complete your offer the old-school way ;(
Q: How do I invite my lender?
A: Email [email protected] to get your lender added to the system. Lenders will have their own account for $29.99/month for unlimited borrowers.
Q: Who do I contact for technical assistance?
A: To report technical glitches, email [email protected]. For general questions, contact your admin team.
Q: How do I edit an offer?
A: In the left-hand navigation, click Previous Offers. Click the pencil icon. This will bring you to the summary page of that offer. From there, click “Back” to navigate to terms you’d like to change.

Q: How can I include a seller’s disclosures with my offer?
A: If listing supplements are provided in your MLS’s feed, and the disclosure is in the supplements, it will automatically be included at the end of your offer package. If not, you may have to obtain signatures on the disclosure the old-school way. In that case, we’d recommend advising the seller’s agent that you’ll send the seller’s disclosure over at a later time.
Q: How can I include a pre-approval with my offer?
A: If your lender has not entered your buyer’s information into OfferWriter, best practice is to include the pre-approval letter as a separate document along with the offer produced in OfferWriter, when submitting your offer to the listing agent.
